The Walpole Police Department is very happy to have a D.A.R.E. Car, which was made possible through the generous donations of several local businesses. The car, a Chevy Camaro Z28, has received a beautiful custom paint job, chrome wheels, and is complete with lights and many other additions that make it a sight to see. The car is used during parades and other special occasions, and is also brought around town for kids to check out, spreading the positive message of drug awareness.
The D.A.R.E. Car was only made possible due to the generous donations of several businesses in Walpole. SM Lorusso was generous enough to provide the car itself to the Walpole Police Department. Then, Assured Collision took it from there, and gave the D.A.R.E. Car it's beautiful paint job, making it the car it is today. Without the partnership of these two companies, the D.A.R.E. Car would have never come to pass, and we thank them for their gracious donations.
